Especialista SAP S/4HANA – Project Leader Modalidad: Presencial / Remoto / Híbrido Idioma: Inglés avanzado Reporta a: Gerente de IT Objetivo del puesto Liderar la operación y gestión de servicios SAP S/4HANA, asegurando el cumplimiento de los SLA, la resolución de incidentes críticos y la mejora continua del servicio. Actuar como referente técnico–funcional y Project Leader, coordinando equipos internos y externos bajo las mejores prácticas SAP e ITIL. Responsabilidades principales Coordinar y supervisar la entrega de servicios SAP S/4HANA, garantizando continuidad operativa y calidad. Gestionar tickets, solicitudes e incidencias bajo SLA definidos, priorizando según impacto y criticidad. Liderar el análisis de causa raíz (RCA) y el seguimiento de planes de acción correctivos y preventivos. Brindar soporte en incidentes críticos y situaciones mayores, definiendo soluciones temporales y definitivas. Conducir reuniones diarias (daily meetings) con equipos AMS para seguimiento de tickets y backlog. Definir y mantener el catálogo de servicios SAP junto al Service Owner. Establecer KPIs y métricas de desempeño del servicio. Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua y cumplimiento normativo (ITIL, ISO, mejores prácticas SAP). Coordinar actividades con equipos funcionales, técnicos, infraestructura y stakeholders del negocio. Interactuar con proveedores externos y partners SAP (SAP, KPMG, GYANSYS, entre otros). Requisitos del perfil Formación Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, TI o afín. Experiencia +2 años en gestión de proyectos SAP. +3 años liderando AMS y soporte post‑implementación. Conocimientos técnicos SAP S/4HANA (módulos funcionales y técnicos). Gestión de incidencias, RCA y mejora continua. Cumplimiento normativo y auditorías. Herramientas SAP Solution Manager. ITSM: ServiceNow, GLPI u otras. MS Project y/o Jira. Office 365 (Excel avanzado para KPIs). Certificaciones PMP (deseable). Idiomas Inglés avanzado (oral, escrito y lectura). Soft skills Liderazgo y toma de decisiones. Pensamiento analítico y orientación a resultados. Planificación y organización. Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
