Assess and prioritize innovation opportunities aligned with business strategy. Guide teams to gain a broader view of the organization. Facilitate engagement among employees for team unity and purpose. Guide junior colleagues through mentoring and supervision. Integrate Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making. Qualifications Professional degree and a solid track record in innovation and business integration management, focusing on digital projects and leading multidisciplinary teams. Experience with digital strategies and innovation. Experience in regional environments and strategic management. Lead projects and manage people directly and indirectly. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. Spanish and Portuguese at a professional level sufficient for effective communication. Driver's license required.
