Reconocida empresa de Retail de lujo te invita a unirse a su equipo de trabajo como **Subgerente en Monterrey. **Los requisitos de la vacante son:- 2 a 4 años de experiência como subgerente de tienda en la industria de retail.- Competencias: liderazgo, organización, proactividad, trabajo en equipo, comunicación y orientación a resultados.- Licenciatura concluida.- Manejo del Idioma Inglés: Conversacional**Funciones**:1. Realizar transfers de mercancía de salida y recepción de mercancía2. Verificar el almacenamiento de las mercancías sean el adecuado3. Supervisar y controlar de manera adecuada las entradas y salidas de mercancía4. Atender a clientes siguiendo los estándares de la empresa5. Llevar a cabo todos los pasos de la ceremonia de venta de acuerdo con la guía establecida por la empresa6. Resolver situaciones de conflicto con clientes y personal, adhiriéndose a los procedimientos de la compañía7. Supervisar que la tienda mantenga el Visual bajo los lineamientos de la marca.8. Organizar y coordinar los conteos semanales de mercancía9.
