Leads and develops the maintenance staff to eliminate top machine losses.Ensures technical and methodological support is provided to the departments in order to guarantee proper functionality and improvement of the equipment.Ensures detailed analysis of Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)/ Overall Line Efficiency (OLE) indicators, proper machines classification and validation of recovery plan appropriateness.Ensure the constancy of production through the correct maintenance of the equipment using the methodology of the Maintenance DomainEnsure the training of the personnel in charge in the maintenance domainExecute Benchmark with other plants for continuous improvementExecute floor audits to ensure adequate maintenance, comply with external and internal auditsAnalysis skills to detect root causes, follow-up for the closure of countermeasuresEnsure the physical integrity of your staff in charge- Profile: Production System Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mechanic Engineer, Quality & Validation Engineer.- Experience: (Time/Type): 08 years of experience- Temporal Positions 18 months- Languages: English 90%- Leadership- Orientation to results- Innovation- Coaching- Customer orientation- Communication skillsmembersOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
