**Essential Functions**:- Serve as the triage point for cases aligned to specific teams. Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and consistency in PSA systems.- Provide simple to moderately complex reporting and data analysis support.- Attend and contribute to regular meetings with Resource Mgmt (RM) and business managers focused on resource utilization, project performance governance, and demand-capacity gaps.- Leverage standard reports and dashboards to deliver insights into team and RM performance against targets.- Execute Resource Mgmt processes to support delivery teams, using sound judgment with mínimal supervision.- Act as the main point of contact for Resource Mgmt data queries.- Liaise with the Resource Mgmt Operations Team to ensure alignment and process consistency.**Qualifications**:- Associate or bachelor's degree.- Minimum of one year of experience in resource management, project coordination, or a related area.- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills.
