We offer all businesses, large or small, a highly trained, reliable 3rd party processing at significant savings.**Responsibilities**:- Verify borrower information, including income, employment, assets, credit history, and collateral, if apply- Request additional documentation as necessary and follow up with borrowers to obtain missing information, if apply- Request appraisal reports, title commitments, and other third-party documents to ensure loan eligibility and collateral valuation.- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to assess borrower creditworthiness, if apply- Calculate debt-to-income ratios, loan-to-value ratios, and other ratios to evaluate loan risk, if apply- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan transactions and communication with borrowers.**Requirements and qualifications**:- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in finance, law or related field is preferable).- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Fluency in English and Spanish language (written, spoken and listening).- Experience within the mortgage industry- Eager to Learn**Benefits**- Paid training- Production Bonuses- Growth within the Company- Work From Home (Remote)Pay: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Tienes Experiencie en Prestamos hipotecarios o personales?**Experience**:- Mortgage: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Inglés (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 37000, Centro, Gto.
