Project Manager – Enfoque Comercial (Bilingüe) Tu misión Serás responsable de liderar proyectos estratégicos con enfoque comercial , asegurando su entrega en tiempo, forma y rentabilidad. Trabajarás de la mano con Ventas, Operaciones, IT, Finanzas y Marketing , conectando a clientes con soluciones de valor que impulsen el crecimiento del negocio. Lo que harás día a día 1️⃣ Gestión de Proyectos Comerciales Planificar, ejecutar y supervisar proyectos complejos con enfoque comercial. Definir alcance, presupuesto y cronograma. Coordinar recursos internos y externos, gestionando riesgos y resultados. 2️⃣ Comunicación y Coordinación Bilingüe Serás el puente entre equipos locales e internacionales. Conducir reuniones y documentar avances en inglés y español. Promover la colaboración entre Ventas, Finanzas, IT y Operaciones. 3️⃣ Relación con Clientes y Stakeholders Ser el punto de contacto principal del cliente durante todo el proyecto. Presentar resultados y métricas (SLA, ROI, NPS). Detectar oportunidades de expansión (upsell / cross-sell). 4️⃣ Análisis de Rentabilidad y KPIs Monitorear márgenes, costos e ingresos por proyecto. Elaborar reportes de desempeño comercial y financiero. Proponer acciones para mejorar rentabilidad y eficiencia. 5️⃣ Mejora Continua y Optimización de Procesos Documentar y estandarizar la gestión de proyectos. Implementar metodologías ágiles o híbridas (PMI, Agile, Scrum). Utilizar herramientas como Asana, Monday o Smartsheet. Indicadores de éxito (KPIs) Proyectos entregados en tiempo y forma Rentabilidad por proyecto Satisfacción del cliente (NPS) Cumplimiento de SLA comerciales Comunicación bilingüe efectiva con clientes y equipos Buscamos a alguien que... Sea bilingüe (inglés-español) , con excelente comunicación verbal y escrita. Tenga experiencia en gestión de proyectos comerciales o B2B .
