As a **Reliability Test Development Engineer**, you will be part of the team responsible for developing and supporting qualification stress flows and characterization for Micron memory products. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring product quality and reliability through robust testing methodologies and data analysis.**Responsibilities**:- Generate and verify reliability and characterization test flows.- Review new design specifications and debug issues during flow development.- Optimize test procedures for efficiency and coverage.- Identify relevant failures for qualification and collaborate on resolution.- Work with design, process, test, and reliability teams to determine root causes and solve quality issues.**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.- Knowledge of both low-level and high-level programming languages.- Familiarity with semiconductor device physics and circuit analysis.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Prior experience in semiconductor reliability testing.- Understanding of device characterization methodologies.- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in high-tech environments."The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited.
