We inspire digital solutions to power direct sales.What do we do:- We help individual hotels and hotel chains increase their direct sales by optimizing and controlling distribution costs- We design and develop websites- We manage online marketing campaigns- We are specialists in creating technology that works for hoteliers, including the top-performing booking engine in the market- We have direct integrations with the industry’s main Channel Managers and Property Management Systems to simplify the way hotels manage their direct channel- We offer personalized and specialized support for our clients- We are always innovating, investigating, and looking for new challengesWhat do we require?A Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist analyzes, reviews and implements changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This means maximizing the traffic to a site by improving page rank within search engines. As part of the Marketing Department, we are looking for an SEO Specialist that can work closely with the SEO Department and learn the basics of SEO and how to design and evaluate SEO & Content strategies for our hotel clients.Key responsibilities:- SEO trends and best practices- Identify new opportunities to improve SEO content through competitor analysis and SEO research- Help to Implement link strategy for clients- Optimize current copies on the client's website (page titles, meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.)- Optimize SEO On-Page factors- Write new SEO-friendly copies for pages on a client's website- Will be trained to be able to validate PRE & POST SEO website checklist launchingRequired skills:- Prior experience in content marketing, content growth, or SEO is welcomeClassification: Internal- Great capacity of learning, and enthusiastic, open to developing a career in a big and international company.- Interest in being an expert in SEO & Content- Flexibility when organizing daily work and being able to prioritize the most profitable actions.- Being proactive to help SEO & Marketing team.- Communication skills- Good Spoken Spanish & EnglishWhat do we offer:- Joining a fast-growing company- The opportunity to be part of a young but experienced team that is eager to continue developing this huge project- Being part of a business group established in the tourism sector- Real possibilities of a career within the company- At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
