Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, gather requirements, and deliver comprehensive testing solutions. Implement and advocate for Test Maturity Models (TMMi) best practices to enhance testing processes and outcomes. Conduct thorough Manual Accessibility Testing and Manual Data Testing to ensure software accessibility and data integrity. Oversee Device Testing efforts to guarantee optimal performance across different hardware. Utilize a variety of testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. Engage in Manual End-to-End Business Process Automation (BPA) testing to validate complete system flows. Perform Manual Cloud Testing and Manual IoT Testing to ensure scalability and reliability in cloud and IoT environments. Leverage Jira, HP ALM, Rally, SNOW, and other project management and testing tools for effective test management and defect tracking. Analyze test results, generate insightful Test Metrics and Reporting, and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality. Stay abreast of the latest testing methodologies and technologies to continuously improve testing practices. Qualifications Strong skills in manual accessibility testing and manual data testing are essential. Familiarity with basic programming concepts and testing tools such as Jira, HP ALM, Rally, and SNOW is highly desirable. Experience in Manual E2E BPA, Manual Cloud Testing, and Manual IoT Testing would be advantageous. Knowledge of mobile app and cruise domain skills is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills are mandatory. Requisites Experience 8+ years.
