We are looking for a part-time Accountant for a smothie company based in the United States.Job Responsibilities:- Record day to day financial transactions.- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger- Bring the books to the trial balance stage- Perform partial checks of the posting process- Complete tax forms- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely mannerWhat we are Looking for:- University degree in accounting or a relevant field or bookkeeping experience, preferably with an American company.- Experience working within accounting or bookkeeping functions.- Experience with Microsoft Excel and excellent problem-solving skills.- Experience using Quickbooks- Client engagement skills and confidence-building relationships.- Organized, timely, motivated, detail-oriented, and professional.- Excellent written and spoken English communication skillsWhat we offer:- Gross Salary of $12,000 a month- Home office monthly bonus of $800 a month- 100% remote position with no fixed schedule- Mexican Law Benefits**Job Type**: Part-timePay: $12,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 20 per week**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Restaurants: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
