Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _User Experience Manager_ _located in _Guadalajara, North_._- Reporting to the _Director, Information Technology_, The User Experience Manager _will be responsible for overseeing the overall user experience and change management strategies of IT services. This position will ensure smooth transitions for users as new IT systems, tools, and processes are introduced. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement user-friendly solutions that maximize the adoption and effectiveness of IT services._What a typical day looks like:- _ Change Management: development and implementation of change management strategies for IT service rollouts, upgrades, and other system changes. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure user experience considerations are integrated into the change management process._- _ End-user advocacy: Act as the bridge between end users and IT architects/SME to ensure user experience requirements align with overall projects goals and timelines. Help to develop intuitive interfaces and solutions that improve usability, overall user satisfaction and adoption._- _ Continuous improvement: Monitor user satisfaction, gathering feedback to understand the needs and pain points of internal users regarding IT services and tools.
