Your role is vital in maintaining our global competitiveness. ResponsibilitiesAs a Trade Compliance Analyst at Copeland, you will have the opportunity to:
- Prepare documents for the crossing of the company's imports.
- Prepare documents for the crossing of the company's exports.
- Prepare the documents for the closing of virtual transactions.
- Keep accurate capture of the operations in Annex 24.
- Maintain control and identification of the company's fixed assets.
- Prepare regime changes.
- Control the statement of account with the customs agency.
- Prepare and follow up on requisitions.
- Maintain accurate control of the digital file.
- We are seeking candidates with a degree in foreign trade or equivalent experience.
- Validated experience in IMMEX companies.
- Knowledge of customs legislation.
- Experience in the control of fixed assets.
- Experience in the handling of Annex 24.
- Ability to work under pressure and sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
