We value operators with a similar mindset.**The Role**:We're looking for a passionate and empathetic full-time UX/UI designer to help us build elegant and user-friendly products to help us redefine care for the most vulnerable.You'll work across the entire design stack and:- Flex your design skills and create elegant and intuitive designs to solve users' problems.- Design prototypes and high-fidelity mocks for complex and multi-layered user interfaces.- Regularly conduct user research and feedback sessions with our users to iterate on prototypes and inform design decisions.- Be a champion of design thinking and help encourage and inspire creativity to create a culture of feedback around our organization.This role is a good fit for you if you thrive in a dynamic startup environment and enjoy the challenge to execute quickly against deadlines to get products to market.**Our Value Prop to You**- _Environment for growth and learning._ You will have the opportunity to drive great impact and gain exposure to all functions of the company.
