Requisition ID: 37356- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Compensation & Benefits Manager, who is seeking new opportunities in a global environment. You will monitor our business needs to prioritize HR initiatives, that will have the greatest impact on the overall performance of the business across the LAM region.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan.- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity.- Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.- Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data).- Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on business needs.- Perform job analyses and classifications.- Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization.- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.- Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data.**Background & Skills**:- Relevant university degree with focus on Human Resources (or equivalent) is required, and preferable with a Finance background within a global, industrial environment.- Experience as a Compensation and Benefits management.- Hands-on experience with HRIS and Total Rewards Survey.- Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.- Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems.- Good analytical skills.- Familiarity with labor legislation.- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures.**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
