**Responsibilities**:**This is what you'll do**:- Ensure compliance to key regulatory, security and organizational policies and procedures- Engage, collaborate, and communicate effectively with variety of stakeholders to deliver the business value- Define and establish right size processes to enable productive use of resources- Design and deliver high quality, low cost solutions to meet business needs- Accountable for planning and executing the day-to-day activities of the Production Planning workstream- Leverage leading-practice business process knowledge & proficiency for from other industries- Strong functional configuration and system design knowledge in the assigned modules with some cross functional awareness of components is needed- Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management.- Successfully influences diverse groups and teams in a complex, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment to deliver value-added solutions.- Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate those analysis.- Experience in Discrete and Repetitive manufacturing- Successfully influences diverse groups and teams in a complex, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment to deliver value-added solutions.- Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate those analysis.- Effective working relationship with the business to ensure business requirements are accurately captured. Previous experience and knowledge with other large system deployments is a plus.**Experience**:- Over 12 years of experience in D365 F&O.- Should be able to understand customer requirements and solution the same in D365 F&O.- Ready to travel for important meetings and critical phases.- Should have exp in working Onsite-offshore model.
