Manage and support the procurement of products and services. Support internal stakeholders in all aspects of the procurement process. Work collaboratively with accounts payable, legal, and sourcing team members to ensure the quality execution of procurement activities and category strategies.**Role & Responsibility**:**Supplier Relationship Management**- Support the supplier onboarding process within Ariba SAP. This may include hosting calls and Teams meetings to assist with the successful completion of the onboarding process.- Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to Category Leaders and Sourcing Managers.- This individual may be asked to manage assigned commodities.- Develop and implement commodity strategies to achieve ongoing cost, quality, and delivery improvements.- Determining and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned categories, contracts, and/or suppliers.- Evaluate supplier conformance to contracts and purchase orders, conduct follow up activities, and, when necessary, supplier improvement activities.**General Knowledge and Skills**- Solicit quotes and cost estimates.- Conduct RFx’s independently or with the support of Category Leaders and Sourcing Managers.- Conduct activities with suppliers to ensure compliance to contracts and/or required service levels- Assist Accounts Payable with invoice resolution.- Create Purchase Orders with timeliness and accuracy (delivery date, pricing, payment terms, etc.)**Strategy, Communication, and Teamwork**- Work closely with other Indirect Sourcing Buyers, Category Leaders and Sourcing Managers to provide information and solutions to challenges.- Advise Category Leaders and Sourcing Managers any potential supplier problems that could adversely affect the supply of products or services needed to operate a facility.- Maintain data integrity in contracts, purchase orders, and ERP system.- Develop and maintain internal stakeholder relationships, assist stakeholders with navigating the procurement process.**Job Requirement**:- Strong multilingual skills in both Spanish and English.- Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Equivalent education and/or experience allowed. 0>2 years of Indirect Sourcing experience desired.- Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills; excellent skill level in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word- Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills- Less than 10% travel required.- Strong ability to work independently and within a team environment.- Experience in Project Management with ability to manage multiple activities within timelines.As a part of the Doosan Group, which employs more than 43,000 people in 38 countries worldwide, the company offers its customers products and solutions to help build stronger businesses and communities.
