The challenge here its to think about the market balance of our demand and supply at the same time, so you will need to have a lot of techinicals skills and also business skills and knowledge to accomplish every task.Role Responsibilities:Unveiling insights from data, and using them for recommendations and actions that will drive business success. Building and maintaining data products, such as datasets and dashboards, that will help businesses thrive with data-driven decisions. Working with diverse and global teams, coordinating with each other to choose the best path to follow. Collaborating with stakeholders and business leaders to fulfill the strategic roadmap.Role Qualifications:A degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) disciplines like engineers, economists, actuaries, statisticians, computer scientists, etc. Fluent Spanish and English at a professional level, with people of different areas of expertise. Proficient coding; SQL is a must, but other programming languages like Python, or R are also acceptable. Experience with people from all around the world, in cross-functional and multicultural teams. Data visualization skills in tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik View, Data Studio, or even Excel (not required but valuable). Google Suite tools experience as Sheets, Slides, and Docs (not required but valuable).
