We support our insurance company affiliates by offering property and casualty insurance products inclusive of personal auto, homeowners, RV, motorcycle, small business auto insurance and more.We are looking for a motivated Senior Analyst in Marketing and Employer Branding to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and enhancing Integon’s internal and external employment presence.Join us in enhancing Integon’s employment brand and attracting top talent**Key responsibilities**- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages.- Maintain reporting and analysis for branding initiatives.- Manage content on Integon’s Careers website.- Attend events to represent Integon and create engaging social media content.- Coordinate recruitment marketing activities and operations.- Draft internal and external communications and develop project-based marketing plans.- Assist in developing the Integon recruiting information library, identifying and recommending relevant content for social sharing and “keep warm” messaging.- Oversee multimedia production, including branding videos and employee photo shoots, and recommend participants and content for marketing collateral.- Serve as a core member of the Talent Acquisition social media team, curating content and monitoring posts.- Implement and track branding campaigns (segmented, local, and national) in collaboration with external vendors.**Qualifications**- Minimum two years’ experience in marketing, employer branding, or a related field.- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Creativity and a passion for engaging storytelling.At Integon, great things happen when our people work together.
