**Social Media Manager & Community Builder****Location**: Cancún, MX (On-site)**Job type**: Full-time**About the Role**We’re looking for a **Social Media Manager & Community Builder** who knows how to make people _fall in love with a brand online_. You’ll be the voice, the vibe, and the spark behind our social media presence — creating content that connects, builds trust, and inspires engagement.This isn’t a “just post and reply” kind of role. We want someone who can think strategically, create with intention, and turn followers into a real community.**What You’ll Do**- Build and execute **organic social media strategies** that drive engagement and brand love.- Manage day-to-day content across **Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other key platforms**.- Create and coordinate **authentic, scroll-stopping content** — from Reels and stories to carousels and trend-based posts.- Actively engage with our audience: reply to comments, DMs, and start real conversations.- Find and jump on trends, collabs, and creative opportunities that make sense for the brand.- Collaborate with design, photo/video, and marketing teams to keep everything on-brand and visually cohesive.- Track key metrics, analyze what works (and what doesn’t), and adjust strategy accordingly.- Bring bold, fresh ideas to the table — and execute them with heart.**What You’ll Need**- Solid writing and communication skills in English.- **2-4 years** of experience managing social media and/or communities for brands or agencies.- Strong understanding of **content strategy, storytelling, and audience psychology**.- Great taste and a sharp eye for visuals — you don’t need to design, but you know what _good_ looks like.- Data-driven mindset — you track performance and use insights to grow smarter.- Hands-on, proactive, creative, and always curious about what’s next in social.**Bonus Points If You Have**- Experience creating **short-form videos, UGC content, or trend-based reels**.- Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.).- Experience with influencers, collabs, or organic growth campaigns.**What We Offer**- Competitive salary (based on experience).- A flexible, creative, and friendly work culture.- The chance to build something meaningful — a community, not just a feed.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: A partir de $25,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
