Headquartered in Quebec City, Canada, InnovMetric is a multinational organization with 500 employees dedicated to bringing 3D measurement data at the heart of enterprise manufacturing processes.**Responsibilities**:- Solve daily activities related to IT support- Handle troubleshooting relating to software, equipment, and operating systems- Configure, maintain, monitor and update servers, PC and workstations- Maintain and monitor LAN / WAN networks- Ensure IT security- Maintain audio and video systems- Install and update software (operating systems and production software)- Be responsible for data storage and backup- Manage IT assets and IT related purchases- Generate and maintain technical reports and documentation- Manage administrative software portals and platform services- Manage and follow up on IT providers- Provide knowledge and support to ensure that hardware, network, and software systems are implemented and supported effectively- Collaborate with the IT Team at Quebec HeadquarterQualifications:- Hold a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field- Have 2 years of experience in a similar position- Have an intermediate to advanced English level, orally as well as in writing and must be able to engage English-based conversations without any problem- Be experienced with troubleshooting of Windows and MacOS systems- Possess an in-depth understanding of cyber security threats, technologies and have the ability to design and implement safety measures to ensure security of IT systems- Demonstrate an advanced knowledge of router & firewall configurations and of virtual machine management software such as VMWARE_, _Hyper-V- Be able to design strategies for optimization and cost savings of IT assets- Have the ability to design and build data storage and backup solutionsAssets- Be a team player- Show great attention to detail- Be innovative and responsible- Have effective communication skills- Possess in-depth knowledge about computer equipment- Show precision, resourcefulness, and autonomyWe offer excellent working conditions- Flexible schedule that facilitates work-life balance- Competitive salary- Medical and Life Insurance- Savings Plan- Food Vouchers
