Job Title: Remote Automation Product Owner (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America, ideally from Colombia Position Type: Full-time Salary: $4,000 - 4,500 USD/month paid via Deel Commissions: 10% of the yearly ROI on projects delivered, shared between members involved Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Time (30-60min break) Job Overview Our client is the leading proptech platform serving condominium and HOA communities. We are looking for a Product Owner who blends strong leadership, analytical thinking, and hands‑on AI experience with the discipline of clear process and business value creation. This person must be self‑managed, business‑oriented, and confident leading initiatives that generate ROI, improve KPIs, and accelerate execution. The ideal candidate has proven experience delivering AI‑powered features or projects, is highly comfortable with AI tools, models, and platforms, and is eager to keep learning and researching emerging technologies. Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (e.g., n8n) is essential to move fast and build scalable solutions without always relying on developers. Responsibilities: Understand the Business Problem: Clarify goals, pain points, constraints, and success metrics Stakeholder Identification & Alignment: Map all impacted parties: internal teams, end users, clients, and where applicable, regulators or boards Requirements Discovery: Run interviews, workshops, surveys, and shadowing sessions to understand how things are done today. Write and maintain: PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), User stories, Acceptance criteria, Use cases & basic flows Analyze metrics, logs, user behavior, and financial impact Support Prioritization & Road mapping: Help rank initiatives and features by value, urgency, risk, and effort. Bridge Between Business & Tech: Ensure developers, designers, and operations teams fully understand the “why” and “what” behind each requirement. Support QA, UAT & PM: Validate that delivered features meet requirements and acceptance criteria. Continuous Improvement: Monitor outcomes after go-live Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies: 5+ years in Product, Business Analysis, or hybrid roles. Experience in SaaS, proptech, fintech, risk, or compliance environments. Examples of AI features, automations, or workflows they shipped, not just studied. Experience integrating LLMs, classification models, or workflow agents. Experience designing prompts, testing models, and evaluating output quality. Led interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions Comfortable analyzing data to justify priorities and measure success. Proven leadership and self-management skills. Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring ROI. Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools Excellent communication skills—clear, structured, and confident. Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements. Eager to research, learn, and stay ahead of industry trends. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-based environment. Nice to have: Familiarity with agent-based architectures. Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers Basic understanding of API integrations. Experience with OCR, document automation, or workflow engines. SHORT TERM PROJECTS In the first 3–6 months, the Product Owner will be assigned to priority roadmap initiatives focused on building and optimizing automation flows using no-code tools like n8n, improving UI/UX by simplifying user journeys and reducing friction, and driving innovation projects involving AI models, intelligent workflows, and application agents. They will work cross‑functionally to analyze bottlenecks, define requirements, evaluate impact with data, and deliver solutions that streamline operations, elevate the user experience, and support the broader product refactor strategy.
