We are always seeking TOP TALENT - experienced individuals who embrace our core values of respect, innovation, integrity and impact.The Red Phone Operator is responsible for providing cordial and effective phone customer service to agencies, clients, partners, and others that communicate with Viamericas. The Customer Service Operator uses different information systems to capture transactions made through the red phone and attends to different aspects related to the same service.**Duties and Responsabilities**:- Provide quality service in a respectful manner- Attend to calls related to the authorization of payments using quality guidelines established by the Company- Gather data and information related to the authorization of order payments made through the Red Phone, and renew contact registrations according to the processes established by the Company- Follow up on transactions by making calls to clients, agents, beneficiaries, and payers, if required.- Draft notes explaining the follow up process and possible issues spotted- Communicate in a cordial and effective manner with other departments whenever necessary, based on the processes defined by the Company.- Transfer calls to other Departments.- Fill out forms required by Legal Dept. and Compliance Dept. whenever required.- Report system problems or problems with system’s tools to supervisor**Qualifications**:- Have a good attitude and good dealing with people- Excellent communicational and writing skills- Basic computer knowledge- High School Diploma or in the process of obtaining one.- Flexible scheduleOptional:- Good command of the English language**Working Conditions**:- This position is carried out in a normal office environment.
