Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation- The IT Enable functions Coordinator will be partnering as functional business leaders across- Finance team at a sector level to manage end to end solutions with a DevSecOps approach. U- nderstand- ing business strategies- and processes to proactively recommend- solutions leveraging Pepsico Global Platforms and deliver Sector Products and Capabilities.- This role performs and delivers across core IT disciplines: Relationship Management, Demand Shapping, Solutions Development and Delivery, Information Security and platforms/products Continuous Improvement, Maintenance and Monitoring. Be the point of contact for our business teams**Responsibilities**- Manage relationship between IT and business functions ensuring a single point of contact from IT (A,E)- Propose sector IT solutions and products by leveraging Global Platforms (A,E)- Support Business Strategy Execution ensuring DevSecOps operating model and Agile ways of working implementation (A, E)- It & Business capability roadmapping & Ideas generation (A,C)- Demand shaping to orchestrate capabilities development and drive value for the organization (A,E)- Value assessment, monitoring & reporting (A,I)- Sector Apps/Products Planning, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance, Monitoring and Continuous Improvement (A,E)- Partners with all IT teams to create and deploy solutions and services, orchestrates resources and ensures appropriate business engagement and ownership. (A,E)- Project staffing and Contractors management including AMS (A,E)- Manages strategic functional and IT portfolios orchestrating program and projects management, communicating program/projects exceptions and ensuring alignment with the business strategy.
