Get to know us better by visiting our website.**The Position**- As a Medical Affairs Internal Communications Coordinator, you will:- Collaborate with MM&SPE (Modernizing Medical and Strategic Partnership Engagement) teams to understand change strategy and communication approach.- Assess current projects and repositories to align communication efforts.- Develop and execute proactive internal communications for medical affairs audiences, ensuring unified messaging and integration of updates.- Manage communication execution across multiple internal channels, optimising reach and engagement.- Track, report, and maintain communications for accessibility, effectiveness, and leadership insights.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Communications or a related field.- 3+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years (preferred) in the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare industry.- Strong experience in business communications, including digital channels (Outlook, Viva Communities, internal forums).- Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure communication strategies while managing timelines effectively.- Highly organised, collaborative, and proficient in English (spoken and written), with excellent communication skills.**About the Department**- Join the GBS Mexico team within NNI CMR (Clinical, Medical and Regulatory Affairs), a dynamic department consisting of over 1,000 dedicated experts.
