**Job Description: Google Workspace Administrator****Essential Job Functions**- Manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units.- Implement and enforce security policies and access controls.- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace services.- Provide technical support and training to end-users.- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.- Stay updated with new features and updates from Google Workspace and recommend improvements.- Perform regular system audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.- Implementing, maintaining, and training clients on the Google Workspace suite of products and services.- Providing timely and passionate support to our clients with integrity.- Managing and responding to help desk tickets, escalating issues as needed.- Troubleshooting network connectivity and hardware problems.- Training and empowering clients’ technical staff.- Conducting technical assessments.- Assisting with Google Workspace migrations.**Qualifications**- Minimum of 4 years of experience in administering Google Workspace.- Experience with Google Admin Console and managing user accounts, groups, and organizational units.- Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security policies in Google Workspace.- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management in Google Workspace.- Experience with data migration, backup, and recovery solutions for Google Workspace.- Experience with JIRA support ticketing systems.- Proficient in configuring servers, networks, hardware, and software.- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Skilled at identifying and implementing process improvements.- Completion of Google Workspace Admin Fundamentals is a plus, but not mandatory.- Familiarity with MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, MDM, SSO, and LDAP configuration.- Knowledge of Google Workspace and legacy syncing tools is a plus, but not required.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Días por enfermedad- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Trabajo desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
