With a shared vision of **transformation**, we endeavor to shape a brighter future for higher education.About the Opportunity:**Where you will make an impact**- Assist with the definition and creation of executive or summarized-level reporting compiling metrics across different business domains, including board of director level reporting.- Build automated reporting at scale using SQL, Tableau, and PowerBI for strategic programs including cloud modernization, partner ecosystem, and additional business development.- Review and streamline data workflows to enable more seamless cross-functional reporting that provides overviews of company-wide performance.- Partner closely with a variety of stakeholders to validate metrics relevant to their domains to compile, create, and best represent organizational performance metrics.- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, cross-functional groups (e.g., IT teams) and executive teams on the design, development, testing, implementation, and evaluation of data assets, reporting tools and business processes to improve outcomes and drive better performance transparency across multiple departments.**What you will bring**- Experience related to data analytics leveraging any software tools such as: Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Snowflake, SQL Queries, PowerBI, etc.- Experience researching source systems and interpreting/tracing results back to inputs- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM- Experience with Sales, Revenue, or Marketing analysis- Professional interest in fulfilling ad-hoc business analysis requests by querying enterprise size databases and performing analysis to answer key questions or provide insights- Experience and professional interest in synthesizing analytics themes and key performance indicators - turning data into stories that end-users can understand and respond to- Project experience drawing conclusions from quantitative and qualitative analysis, to deliver actionable next steps or make helpful recommendations to sales colleagues or leaders- Knowledge of data analytics methods, structures, and techniques, (data extraction, analysis, queries, data blending)- Structured thinker with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills- Results oriented with thoughtful actions, flexible and collaborative- Creative problem solver with a healthy mix of intellectual agility and curiosity- Interest in data storytelling through qualitative and quantitative data analytics- Communication & presentation skills- Knowledge and experience with driving projects, facilitating business intelligence demos, and managing stakeholders across different levels and depts- Foundational Excel and Power Point skills- Demonstrated experience or interest in data management and workflows is a plusWhat makes #Ellucianlife:- Comprehensive health coverage: family major medical expenses, dental and life insurance.- Christmas bonus 30 days- Saving fund- Monthly food coupon- 15 workdays vacation- Thrive Flex Program that allows you to contribute towards your health, financial or learning interests- 5 charitable days to support the community that supports us- Diversity and inclusion programs that promote employee resource groups such as: Women in Technology, Pride and Go Green to name a few.- Parental leave- Employee referral bonuses to encourage the addition of great new people to the team- We Foster a learning culture with:- Tuition Reimbursement Assistance- Professional development opportunitiesLI-MH1LI-Remote
