**Electrical company is looking for a quality engineer assistant.****Requirements**:Advanced English.Title.3 years of experience.**Knowledge**:"1. Reviewing customer quality documents and developing internal standards, supervising the operation of quality standards, periodically reviewing and updating and optimizing.2. Developing reliability test plans, implementing tests, analyzing, monitoring and closing test anomalies, and issuing test reports.3. Accepting quality complaints from customers, promoting cause analysis and responding to improvement measure reports, and following up until closure.4. Planning and supervising quality management solutions at the project development stage.5. Establishing an effective feedback mechanism for customer needs to ensure accurate transmission and rapid response of information.6. Formulating long-term plans and short-term strategies for customer quality assurance, in combination with the company's overall strategy and customer needs.7. Summarizing lessons learned and promoting continuous improvement and innovation of quality services to customers.8. Collecting, organizing and analyzing quality-related data, generating quality reports, providing a basis for management decision-making and guidance for improvement in other departments.9. Leading or participating in quality improvement projects, driving continuous improvement of the company's overall quality level.10.
