Buscamos un/a DevOps Engineer Sr para sumarse a nuestro equipo y liderar el diseño, desarrollo y optimización de soluciones de datos de extremo a extremo en proyectos de alto impacto. Diseñar e implementar procesos de ingesta, integración y modelado de datos, garantizando calidad, trazabilidad y desempeño. Colaborar con arquitectos, analistas y equipos de negocio para traducir necesidades en soluciones escalables y eficientes. Desarrollar y mantener pipelines de datos mediante herramientas ETL/ELT (Glue, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, etc.). Gestionar grandes volúmenes de datos estructurados y no estructurados, aplicando técnicas de análisis y optimización. Participar en iniciativas de gobernanza, MDM y calidad de datos, impulsando la estandarización y el uso confiable de la información. Promover una cultura colaborativa, ágil y orientada a la mejora continua dentro de los proyectos de datos. Más de 5 años de experiencia como DevOps Engineer. Escolaridad en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Datos o afín. Experiencia en: GitHub Enterprise: organizaciones, permisos, policies, reusable workflows. Azure: diseño de despliegues, networking, seguridad, identidad. Contenedores y orquestación: Docker y Kubernetes (AKS). Seguridad: SAST, SCA, secret scanning integrado al pipeline. Requisitos opcionales Diseño avanzado de CI/CD sobre GitHub Enterprise. Experiencia en Kubernetes / AKS a nivel diseño y operación. BAU UTLITIES: NOTEBOOK Luego de trabajar 4 años con la misma notebook que te asignaron, será tuya. BAU FAMILY: Licencias especiales de Maternidad y Paternidad. Softlanding para las madres baufesianas. Flexibilidad horaria planificada.
