We architect and maintain scalable solutions leveraging platforms like Segment and Braze to enable real‑time personalization, campaign orchestration, and seamless data integration. Our team bridges business strategy and technical execution, designing robust data pipelines, optimizing customer journeys, and introducing agentic AI and embedded platforms to enhance operational efficiency. We collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver high‑impact solutions that support direct distribution, campaign performance, and enterprise transformation. About the role This role provides technical expertise in the design, functionality, and optimization of business applications. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting marketing‑focused teams and be comfortable maintaining and enhancing existing marketing platforms. While marketing is a key area of support, the role is not limited to that function and may span other business domains. Candidates should have a strong technical foundation—including scripting or programming experience—and the ability to apply emerging AI patterns to improve business processes and system performance. We count on you for: Providing expertise in the design and functionality of business applications. Understanding customers’ business processes and products and how best they can be supported by the application systems. Reviewing and validating the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements. Performing quality review checks on project deliverables. Validating suppliers estimates. Performing impact analysis of application changes across various components, holding an end‑to‑end view of the system. Estimating Rough Order of Magnitude for the level of effort/cost of new application functionality. Specifying / recommending integration and parallel testing criteria. Supporting the implementation activities, troubleshooting system environmental issues, as required. 3 to 5 years of related experience Bachelor's degree in IT, Technology, Computer Science or a related field (Marketing is also acceptable). Fluency in English Technical & Business Skills Scripting Languages (Python, C#, Etc.) SaaS Platform Administration Business Technology Optimization Enterprise Application Architecture Workflow Automation Artificial Intelligence / MLOps (desirable) Business Intelligence Reporting Software / Tool Skills Segment CDP (or similar) Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar Snowflake (or similar) Workflow Automation: n8n or similar Office 365, including Copilot Microsoft PowerBI REST APIs This position comes with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
