Job Description SAP PI/PO Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions using SAP Process Integration (PI) and Process Orchestration (PO) to ensure seamless data flow between SAP and non-SAP systems. Integration Strategy : Develop and implement integration strategies using SAP PI/PO platforms to enhance operational efficiency. System Analysis : Conduct system analysis to identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring smooth functionality across systems. Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance for integration projects. Development : Design, develop, and implement SAP PI/PO solutions, including custom Java/ABAP mappings and adapters. Testing : Perform unit and integration testing to ensure that interfaces function as intended and meet business requirements. Documentation: Document technical specifications, procedures, and operational guidelines for integration processes. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and team members on SAP PI/PO functionalities and best practices. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of integration solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience : Proven experience in SAP PI/PO development and implementation, typically requiring 3-5 years of relevant experience. Technical Skills : Strong understanding of integration concepts, middleware technologies, and SAP NetWeaver PI/PO tools. Problem‑Solving : Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot integration issues effectively. Communication : Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Certifications : SAP certification in PI/PO is a plus and may enhance job prospects.
