Our tech bootcamps are designed to guide students from being a complete beginner to a certified entry-level tech professional, equipped with the skills, practical experience, and job-hunting expertise needed to launch their tech careers.Don't just learn the job, get the job.**Please submit all resumes or CV's in English.****In the Role**We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic **Ambassadors Community Manager**to join our team and lead the development of our ambassador community at TripleTen. This role involves managing the recruitment and onboarding of new ambassadors, ensuring a seamless integration into our community. You will work closely with various teams, including social media and PR, to promote user-generated content and enhance our brand presence. Strong communication and community management skills are essential, as you will play a pivotal role in building a vibrant online community on platforms like Discord while tracking key metrics to inform our strategies.**Requirements**:- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with ambassadors and other teams.- Strong community management skills with the ability to build relationships, create and manage an online community.- Experience in project management and cross-functional team coordination.- Knowledge of social media platforms and content marketing to guide user-generated content creation and distribution.- General knowledge of data analysis to track content performance and report key metrics effectively.- Experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Slack, Notion, Hubspot, Tableau and Google Workspace.- Advanced English proficiency in writing and speaking.What you will do:- Check in with each ambassador via direct message on a weekly basis.- Manage recruiting and onboarding of new ambassadors (including graduates and employed students)- Manage content creation processes, ensuring quality control- Coordinate on content activities, working closely with the social media, blog and PR teams.- Build and develop the ambassador community on Discord.- Organize and facilitate meetings for and with ambassadors.- Calculate statistics for recruiting and onboarding, and track content creation.What we can offer you:- **Remote**, **part-time** collaboration.- Hourly Payment $12 - $15 USD gross pending aligned experience and skills.- Digital office.
