Purpose of the Position Will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying production-ready AI solutions, including intelligent agents, RAG pipelines, fine‑tuned LLMs, and high‑performance inference systems. This role will have a direct impact on the development and evolution of large‑scale enterprise products, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and long‑term architectural integrity across AI‑driven features. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy production‑ready AI services and intelligent agents. Implement RAG pipelines, fine‑tuned LLMs, embedding workflows, and inference systems. Develop features such as recommendation engines, prediction models, analytics chatbots, and smart document/receipt automation. Architect and maintain scalable AI‑driven systems ensuring performance, reliability, and long‑term maintainability. Ensure observability, testability, monitoring, explainability, and metric tracking across all AI components. Collaborate with backend, data, product, and infrastructure teams in a fast‑paced and multicultural environment. Lead end‑to‑end implementation of AI features, from experimentation to deployment and continuous improvement. Apply best practices for code quality, security, versioning, and CI/CD within AI and backend workflows. Evaluate and optimize models using A/B testing, performance benchmarking, and iterative refinement. Requirements and competences to work with us Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or related fields. Optional: Certifications in Cloud, Deep Learning, or MLOps. Experience 10+ years in software engineering. 5+ years building backend systems in Golang . Proven experience building production AI/ML solutions (not prototypes or research only). Hands‑on expertise with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, fine‑tuning, and inference pipelines. Experience working in global teams is a strong advantage.
