**Visión general**:Implement Safety, Health and Environmental Management System under internationals standards with the goals and increase the proactive culture EHS with the staff and reducing the operations risk.Regulations on Safety, Health and Environment, prevention programs accidents and incidents on Safety Audits, 5 'S and Intelex or other Environmental Management Systems, mechanicals equipment’s, fire equipment, PPE equipment, development and training of fire brigades, security processes, personnel management, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, report any safety, health and/or environment breach.**Responsabilidades**:**Maintain a safe working circle through connections with**: the corporative, governmental institutions (IMSS, PROFEPA, STPS, CNA, SSA, etc.). Develop Safety procedures applicable to the personnel working on the plant in order to maintain the physical and material integrity of the enterprise.Advice during the SPC analysis to identify the main cause of an incident and correct it.Develop and / or implement procedures, instructions, visual aids and formats necessary to strengthen the Safety, Health and Environmental Management System.Run audits of Safety and Environmental systems, performing the analysis.Advice and inform the staff when a change on the regulations or politics related to EHS is made.Attend the inspections performed by the STPS, IMSS, PROFEPA, CONAGUA, SSA, or other regulations applicable.Make the investigation of every registered case related to Industrial and Patrimonial Safety, and inform the staff about the obtained results.Coordinate the preparation of documents and registers that compliance with the different governmental institution, insurance company, etc. with the corporative.Train the staff, employers and operators about Safety in order to make them aware of the procedures.Make the annual budget of the area and its control.Maintain all the files and safety registers according to the legal requirements and the company policy.Administration of the manager budget, Control and monitoring.Guarantee the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001Assure that all the people on the organization are trained with the Safety, Health and Environment policies and procedures, so as guarantee the necessary resources in order to avoid people, equipment, material, or environmental damage.Promote the “Continuous Improvement” culture on its area.Assure the implementation and tracking of the EHS&S processes of the area and risk control, and attend the Result inspection meetings of the Management on Safe related matters, and participate on the internal audits, the investigation and analysis of accidents and time loss on its area, and the performance evaluations on the safety department. Guarantee a sustainable operation under the accomplishment of the Mexican legislation on the matter of Safety, Health and Environment.In charge of the control center in an emergency, with the support of the coordinators and emergency squad in order to minimize human and operative loss.Inform when the emergency has ended for going back to normal operation.**Requisitios**:**Formal education**: Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineer or Safety-related.**Technical Skills**: Safety, Health and Environment Regulation, Accident and Incident Prevention Programs, Safe-related Audits, 5‘s, Environmental Management System, Safety Procedures, Personnel Administration, OHSAS/ISO, Emergency preparedness.Ergonomics, Safety and Environment System Audits, Instructor.**Experience**: 5 years.**Languages**: Fluent English**Development Requirements**:Safety Culture.EHS expense.Environmental ControlPatrimonial Safety.Legal requirements.**Management systems**: OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / Industria Limpia.Project ManagementIntelex or other EMS system familiarity
