Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**Conducting complex assignments in series development in the areas of construction of electrotechnical, electromechanical and micro system-engineering functional systems and devices in the context of guidelines.Organizing and planning projects.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**1 Clarifying and defining constructive requirements together with the responsible engineer, estimating construction efforts for individual assembly groups and components2 Creating work packages and schedules according to Hella time-to-market process3 Creating and controlling work packages for GDN (Global Development Network) partners4 Managing partial projects and/or small teams with technical reference that could occur in the context of a development project5 Coordinating and instructing team members in GDN (Global Development Network)6 Involvement in the creation of a performance specification on the basis of the available requirement specification, incl. requirement analysis7 Preparing constructive drafts using CAD data of customers in terms of individual assembly groups and components, taking into account technical standards and economical aspects8 Developing constructive solutions for assembly groups and components, taking into account functional, material, manufacturing and economic aspects, working out of constructions for detailed development9 Conducting and initiating detailed works for assembly groups and components, working out all necessary 3D documents10 Selecting the materials and standards to be used; determining tolerances and conducting drawing tests11 Coordinating new or modified constructions during conceptual and fine-tuning phases, with concerned points like process planning, quality planning, construction, and laboratory12 Overseeing the draft of a construction FMEA by taking into account customer demands13 Initiating trials (mechanical, mechatronic) on test devices in coordination with responsible engineer, inclusion of results in construction of assembly groups and components14 Participating in testing of constructions in terms of property right issues in the patent departmentTake the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**Alfonso ChaconPhone:
