Mexico 66627 About the Role Harness tech to keep us “on the money.” As a Finance Process Team Lead, you’ll guide the team that identifies technologies and opportunities to streamline Uline’s Finance operations. Help ensure we’re equipped to make the best business decisions to support our growing North American company Position Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of analysts to ensure work quality, accuracy and data integrity. Partner with leadership to align business priorities with strategic use of data and technology. Drive cross-functional projects that improve financial workflows and deliver real business impact. Identify and implement improvements to data collection, reporting tools and analytical workflows. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree. 3+ years of data analysis experience Bilingual (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide and motivate a team. Strong knowledge of data tools and techniques for review and visualization.
