Your tasks- Administrar y resolver incidentes y solicitudes nuevas de usuarios en el sistema de tickets.- Creacion de reportes- Instalacion y configuracion de equipos en red con imagen de sistema operativo DS.- Instalacion y configuracion de equipos en red con imagen de sistema operativo SF- Configuracion de perfiles de usuario en equipos DS- Instalacion, configuracion e inventario de software- Instalacion y configuracion de impresoras y scanners- Registro de incidentes de ePO- Manejo de consola de antivirus ePo de McAffe.- Manejo de DHCP server (QIP)- Monitoreo y remediacion de incidentes de virus.- Monitoreo y ejecucion de acciones necesarias en los puntos de seguridad en equipos DS- Ejecucion y participacion en proyectos de IT locales y corporativos.- Creacion y actualizacion de procedimientos, manuales e instrucciones de trabajo.- Ejecutar tareas asignadas por su supervisor**Profile**:- Estudiante activo, de últimos semestres de Ingenieria en Sistemas, Telemática o afin- Conocimiento básico de Redes- Conocimiento básico de Windows 10, 11- Ingles Básico o medio- Conocimiento Básico de Cableado- Proactivo- Responsable**Offer**:About usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
