**Mexico Managing Director****Main Funcions**- Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.- Reporting to parent company management, providing market insights and strategic advice.- Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency.- Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.- Overseeing the company´s business operations, financial performance, and investments.- Supervising, guiding, and delegating employess in their duties.- Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.- Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations.- Represent the company in negotiations with customers and suppliers.- Develop and mantain professional relationships with existing and new customers.- Provide accounting and reporting function either in house or through outside service.- Ensure monthly accounting reports are accurate and timely.- Prepare business plans, budgets, and reports.- Work closely with outside consultants on audit, tax, and other key business inputs.- Provide the overall vision of the company in Mexico.**Skills requiered**- Leadership: Lead Company to motivate employees and work towards common goal.- Communication: Effectively communicate estrategic decisions to the team.- Decision Making: Make sound decisions based on logical and strategic thinking.- Organizational Skills- Financial Management- Commercial Awareness and industry knowledge**Requirements**:- Degree in Finance or Accounting- Experiencie in running all departments of a business- **Experiencie in distribution centers is a must**:- Passport and VISA are requieredTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Teléfono de la empresaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividad
