Overview of the Role The Semi Senior .NET Developer will leverage advanced .NET and C# skills to develop complex applications, optimize performance, and drive technical innovation through strategic integration of APIs and services. Key Responsibilities Designing, developing, and maintaining complex .NET applications, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills. Leading smaller project teams or modules, guiding junior developers and ensuring project timelines and coding standards are met. Conducting thorough code reviews, enforcing best practices and ensuring high‑quality, maintainable code. Staying updated with advanced .NET features and frameworks, mentoring junior team members in these areas. Collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams, translating stakeholder requirements into technical solutions. Playing a key role in project planning and execution, ensuring deadlines are met. Requirements Experience: 3+ years of .NET development experience. Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of .NET and C# frameworks.
