Finance Analyst

Are you passionate about driving financial insights and supporting business goals through data-driven analysis? Join the Finance team as a Finance Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for basic financial analysis and reports for management and execute activities of the assigned financial and administrative processes to provide high quality services to internal clients.You will also perform daily financial analysis and reports, accounting and administrative activities fulfilling corporate policies and statutory requirements compliance. This flexible model of work is located in Queretaro, Mexico.A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing**Financial Reporting and Analysis**: Deliver accurate and timely financial and managerial reports, conducting daily financial analysis to support internal clients in achieving business objectives.**Budget and Forecast Coordination**: Influence budget and forecast activities, with a focus on overhead and cash flow to support regional targets and timelines.**Strategic Finance Support**: Provide the FP&A group with comprehensive financial information, facilitating monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for business performance assessments.**Process Optimization**: Drive process improvements in financial reporting, identifying standardization and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.**Audit and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with audit requirements, overseeing internal, external, and European audits as needed.We’re Looking for Someone WithBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.At least 1 year of experience in finance, with strong analytical and collaborative skillsBilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).Finance process optimization mindset with experience identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification, or automation in finance processes.Strong soft skills as resilience, alignment-building, delegation, and prioritization skills under pressure.What’s NextIf you join our team, you’ll be rewarded for the difference you make.
