This individual will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and client’s business objectives.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Incident and Problem Management**: Implement and manage ServiceNow modules for incident, problem, and change management, ensuring effective issue resolution and proactive problem prevention.- **Configuration Management**: Maintain and update the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to accurately reflect IT assets and their relationships.- **Service Catalog**: Develop and maintain a comprehensive Service Catalog within ServiceNow, enabling self-service capabilities for users and improving service request fulfillment.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow.- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay abreast of ServiceNow updates and industry best practices, identifying opportunities for platform enhancements and process optimization.**Qualifications**:- **ServiceNow Expertise**: 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration, including expertise in modules like ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, Bootstrap, Angular, PowerShell, JSON/XML, and SQL.- **ITIL Knowledge**: Working knowledge of IT Service Management best practices and ITIL framework (V3/V4). ITIL certification is desired.- **Project Delivery**: Experience in ServiceNow implementations and the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.- **Communication**: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and bridge technical and business requirements.**Preferred Qualifications**:- **Bachelor's Degree**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- **Infrastructure Understanding**: Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, including virtual/cloud environments, networking, and security.**Why join Sonata Software?*****At Sonata, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
