Known for integrity, excellence, and a client-focused approach, Sungate is a leader in the real estate industry.**Roles and Responsibilities**:**Social Media & Marketing**- Post and manage content for new listings, under-contract, and sold properties.- Maintain website data and assist with marketing tasks like flyers and schedules.**CRM Management**- Input and update transaction details and contacts into the CRM.- Add new contacts as assigned by team leaders or members.**Transaction Coordination**- Oversee contracts, deadlines, and document preparation.- Schedule inspections, appraisals, and vendor appointments.- Liaise with lenders, title companies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.- Manage digital files and prepare commission statements.**Listings Management**- Coordinate pre-listing tasks (signs, photos, cleaning).- Upload listings and disclosures to BrightMLS.- Gather agent feedback and update clients.**Administrative Support**- Attending meetings and completing general office tasks.- Obtain vendor quotes and assist with transaction-related needs.**Skills**- Dynamic, adaptable, and tech-savvy with a strong understanding of social media platforms.- Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment while maintaining confidentiality.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's (required)- 1 - 2 years of related experience (required)- Advanced English (required)- Reliable internet connection**Physical Setting**:Remote**Schedule**:Monday to Friday: 9am - 6 pm (1hr lunch)Pay: $17,450.00 - $19,480.00 per monthIdioma:- Advanced English (Obligatorio)
