• Master's or Ph. D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in developing and deploying production-grade machine learning models.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, and associated ML libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of deep learning architectures, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools for model deployment and lifecycle management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, particularly within a hybrid work setting in Ciudad Juárez.
• Experience working with large datasets and implementing data preprocessing techniques.
