Nos encontramos en la búsqueda deEjecutivo On Premise.Propósito principal.Controlar la base de clientes existentes en el canal OPP y desarrollandola base de clientes nuevos con las oportunidades que hay en el mercado, buscando el crecimiento de estas cuentas nuevas atreves de estrategias comerciales definidas, con el fin de incrementar la cobertura y participación de mercado del canal, cumpliendo las políticas de la compañía y el logro de objetivos en base a los KPIS definidos por la plaza.Responsabilidades.- Mantenimiento y crecimiento de clientes actuales en volumen y rentabilidad de los diferentes giros de On Premise Premium tradicional (crecimiento vertical).- Captura de clientes diferentes industrias (Hoteles, Restaurantes, Bares, etc).- Seguimiento a las condiciones comerciales, crédito y productividad de los recursos.- Desarrollo del equipo de negociadores a su cargo.- Asegurar el seguimiento y cumplimiento de los contratos de exclusivas / bonificación.Perfil.- Universitario Titulado (Administración, mercadotecnia, Ing. Industrial)-Experiência: mínima 3-4 años en ventas en la industria de productos de consumo.- Manejo de automóvil, IPad y SAP (preferentemente).- Conocimientos: Ventas canal On Premise, negociación Dueños/Gerentes, desarrollo de promociones/activaciones, entendimiento y desarrollo de P&L / propuestas comerciales.- Imagen Ejecutiva.Habilidades/Competencias.- Proactivo, Dinámico, Negociación, Facilidad de palabra, Extrovertido, Enfoque al Cliente, Genera Confianza, Resiliencia, Cultivar la Innovación, Promover el compromiso.
