**Call Center Representative Sales****Mexico City****Qualifications**:- Professional English language proficiency (B2)- At least 6 month of contact center experience- Sales experience preferrable- Strong customer service skills, including active listening- High School diploma or equivalent**Summary**:The role involves handling outbound calls, negotiating with customers to be able to be able to up sale add-on packages. Agents need to be able to handle objections and use selling techniques to convince the customer to purchase additional services.**Duties may include**:- Outbound warm calling customers.- Using multiple online systems to record and maintain information- Reaching daily goals assigned by campaign requirements.**Working Conditions**:- **Sitting: Work at home or Work on site (preferrable)**- **Standing/Walking**: While most of the shift involves sitting to handle calls, occasional standing or walking may be necessary.- **Hands/Arms**: Constantly in use throughout the workday, with frequent use of computers and other office equipment.- **Work-site Conditions**: The work is performed within a call center environment.- **Unusual Working Conditions**: Must be flexible to work varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and back-to-back shifts as needed based on campaign requirements.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 al mesPago complementario:- Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- Está Ud. dispuesto a trabajar en Oficina?
