Training Specialist- Education: Career in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Career in Administration or equivalent.Knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the electronics industry, Diagnostic, OP. technical management package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Development of courses and exams.- Coordinate and deliver courses- MDS technician certification and forklift- Development of manuals and update documents- Validation of training by activity (for MDS)- Monthly Progress Report- Participate in continuous improvement meetingsExperience: Development of logistics training and induction, experience in electronic assembly industry, accelerated learning techniques, process the administration, personnel management and evaluation mechanisms.Skills / Competencies: Convincing Ability, Able to solve problems, contact with all levels, availability, capacity to perform Problem Analysis, Teamwork and Leadership have, follow up training activities- Responsibilities / Activities: Ordered, flexible, Disciplined, Focused compliance objectives, work under pressure, ability to negotiate, people management and easy with words.- Training the indirect labor.- Imparting training programs- Implement the training procedures- Manage and capture training evidences- Ensure compliance with the requirements of the STPS- Check the evidence of training- Ensure that personal technical or administrative, receive the certifications before develop job activities.- Give know procedures and general basic safety measures.
