Position Overview**The position of CNC engineer requires creative, analytical and developmental thinking, the CNC engineer requires any of the following Qualifications, Industrial, Aerospace,Mechatronics or Mechanical engineering background, the CNC engineer requires 5 or more years of experience, programming and processing and operating multi axisCNC machines, including CNC Centers, CNC Lathes, CNC Turn mill machines etc. The planning, implementation, optimization, and supervision of manufacturingprocesses are key.Enthusiasm, cooperation and a positive outlook, as well as an understanding of technology and manufacturing processes and equipment, also has is the ability to prioritize and plan accordingly.Experiência y requisitos- Experience with SolidWorks, Powermill, MasterCam or any other related software.- Experience milling Aluminum, Steel, Stainless steel, Inconel.- Experience programming CNC part processing (G-code).- Use of measurement equipment, Manual and Automatic Optical comparator, Micrometer, Bore gauge, Caliper, pin gauge, Height gauge.- Operate, maintain and repair Milti axis CNC equipment such as, Nakamura, Tornos, Grob, Index, DMG Mori, Haas, Makino, Yamazaki, CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, CNC turn mills.- Experience in post-processing of metal parts, including Chemfilm, passivating, anodizing, plating, powder coating.- Responsible for ensuring all manufacturing documentation (Routes, BOMs, work instructions- Procedures are available and maintained, ensuring that all key manufacturing requirements are clearly defined and documented.- Dispositioning of non-conforming parts, as well as defining rework and reprocessing methods are clearly defined and documented.- Identify opportunities for improvement opportunities initiatives, utilizing a structured approach to identifying and implementing potential process changes and process improvements.- Lead problem solving initiatives based on process performance data by conducting RCCA to resolve internal and external issues.- Regular review of customer specifications, feeding back any updates to the manufacturing process.- Lead the NPI including FAIR’s, conduct validation processes this may include but is not limited to IQ, OQ, PQ, PPAP, PPQP.- Support NPI activity, including, but not limited to pFMEA, control plan and the creation of the required technical documentation.English 90%US Visa and Passport.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
