Juan Gil Preciado 2450-Nave 1, Los Robles, 45134 Zapopan, Jal., MexicoSUMMARY OF THE POSITIONThe Recruiter is critical to the success of the Human Resources Department and will exemplify Amphenol Network Solutions’ core values every day. Under the supervision of the HR Manager, you will oversee all talent acquisition activities. You are people-oriented and act as the main point of contact for all job applicants. The recruiter may also support the HR team in other areas as needed.QUALITY POLICYAmphenol Network Solutions is committed to delivering an extraordinary experience that meets or exceeds the requirements and satisfaction of our customers, continuously improving the effectiveness of our Quality Management System.ESSENTIAL OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain job postings on internal and external websites.- Maintains hiring tracking and Personnel Action Requests (PARs) related to job openings.- Oversee talent attraction methods including social media, job fairs, and other platforms.- Attends off-site hiring events as needed.- Organizes internal hiring events as need.- Work closely with hiring managers to establish unique recruitment processes for openings.- Oversee recruitment and selection of personnel for both Direct and Indirect Labor positions.- Initiate employee personnel files by collecting required new hire documents (employment contracts, CIF, contact info, ID, Education, etc.)- Coordinate psychometric and medical testing required for the hiring process.- Participate in onboarding and orientation of all new hires.- Maintains reporting of hiring and turnover analytics.- Maintain job descriptions for all positions.- Assist in maintaining and communicating proper hiring/recruitment policies.- Provide proper training for hiring managers on hiring/recruitment policies and porper interviewing.- Assist during TL 9000 and ISO 14001 audits.- Assist in HR Generalist activities as needed.**Integral System**:- Follow and comply with the guidelines established for the control and management of chemicals and hazardous waste.- Follow the guidelines established in the procedures for the proper functioning of the integral system.- Stop your process or activity that affects the operation of the Environmental, Quality and OAS Management System.- Communicate with the EHS and Quality department to review and identify the environmental aspects and legal requirements applicable to new projects (applies to any changes in the process).SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and selection of operational and administrative positions- 1-2 years as a human resources generalist- Strong written and verbal English skills are required to be able to conduct interviews for English-speaking required positions.- Experience in the electronics industry is strongly preferred.- Basic knowledge in psychometrics- Basic knowledge in IMSS and labor laws- Good knowledge of recruitment sources and social networks- Experience with ERP management for R.H. area administration is preferredEDUCATION, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources or related field- In-depth knowledge of hiring and interviewing- Knowledge of Office 365 products- Internal training based on the DNCPHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS- The tools used are computer, phone, printer, scanner, ERP, personnel recruitment platforms- The job is to be sitting and standing, depending on the activities that are carried out- Frustration tolerance, teamwork, common sense, working under pressure, organizationWORK ENVIRONMENT- Regular attendance and on-site work in a standard office environment within a manufacturing facility is required in this position- Some flexibility is allowed as needed.- Works closely with all departments.- Concentration and discretion requiredOBLIGATIONS OF THE WORKER- Observe and comply with all guidelines, protocols, signals, safety rules, established within Telect de México.- Immediately inform your direct supervisor of the unsafe acts and conditions you observe, as well as any work accidents that occur. Collaborate in the investigation of these when required.- Participate in all the training required for the correct performance of their activities and their continuous improvement.- Correctly use ESD protective equipment, as well as personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary and comply with established occupational risk prevention measures.- Perform the medical tests determined by the company to avoid/prevent any work risk.- Comply with the guidelines of the quality and environment system, the Internal Labor Regulations and the Regulations on Safety and Hygiene Standards, OASWe are an equal opportunity employer.
