In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the Plant Manager, you as Process Engineering Manager will be responsible for the Leads a team of engineers and technicians responsible for sustaining and improving processes and products within the ICP s manufacturing facility at Piedras Negras, Coahuila.About the job:Process Responsibilities- Maintains optimal manufacturing processes, ensuring the quality of our products- Provide engineering services, implementing standardization (Maintenance Plans, technical training, analysis and problem solving, improved technology)- Develop manufacturing systems that meet the quality, cost and capacity needs of internal and external customersProduct Responsibilities- Maintain and improve existing transformation processes to reduced product variation during its transformation operations- Develop a strategy for manufacturing engineering to maintain on control de process after being improved- Design process to optimize the product transformation cycle time- Develop strategies hand to hand with maintenance manager to reduced process machine variation.Cross Functional Responsibilities- Manage talent of engineering team through training, coaching, and hiring of new resources- Key liaison for Production Management; Planning and PM- Support the development and launch of new products from local or remote R&D teams- Manage the Master Data product cost yield- Technical troubleshooting support for returned products or manufacturing defects- Propose and justify improvements to existing processes to reduce costs and increase productivity- Maintain constant communication with external suppliers regarding equipment delivery times- Validation of new equipment, technologies.- Develop manufacturing systems that meet quality and capacity required by the customer, maintaining and establishing operational methods and work standards. Represent the Engineering department in meetings of "MRB"- Perform any other activity that warrants his position or which is assigned by the immediate supervisorDevelop continuous improvement strategies to support business objectives.- Provides solutions to improve product yield ensuring product quality- Establish recommendations for changes and updates on new products- Determine what activities are required to enhance the production of the products- Review of new production lines will be transferred to detect the required needs- Scrap reduction- Product Defect Analysis for the solution of the same- Analysis of Efficiency, Productivity, OEE, Downtime- Develop, evaluate and conduct research products as well as cost reduction projects- Develop improvement strategies- Establish operational methods and work standards- Ensure compliance with the budget- Participate in the development of activities to keep manufacturing costs within the limits established by the companySupport production lines- Preparation of documents to facilitate the process of making the product (Letter of process, visual aids, work instructions, operating manuals,)- Analyze, solve problems and process defects- Investigate the root cause of customer complaints and submit corrective / preventive actions to prevent recurrence- Maintain constant communication with manufacturing areas to assess needs and priorities and provide the required support- Establish, implement and audit standards and carry out production control capability analysisHuman capital management and safety- Addressing and supervise the staff- Responsible partners have trained and / or certified for the activity- Notify conditions and / or unsafe- It will ensure that your staff has the personal protective equipmentCoordinates, implements, trains at different levels.- Coordination of transfer of equipment between different plants- Develop staff (training, administration)- Participate in training, meetings and audits as assigned- Build and maintain a strong relationship departmentAnswer documents issued by customers and provides preventive, corrective.- Fill Quality System records corresponding to his function- Research CaWeb's customer complaints- Reply corrective actions derived from ISO Internal Audits and External SystemAbout you:- Completed University with BS in Engineering or equivalent work experience.- 3 To
