**Job Details**What will you do?We are looking to strengthen our Center of Excellence (CoE) Team by hiring a motivated professional who will lead a team of analysts to deliver several critical Financial Reporting & Cost Accounting functions for all our Global Products Business Units. The role requires regular business interaction with Regional / Operations Controllers, Plant Controllers, Plant Finance teams and will provide exposure to the PBUs Senior Leadership Team.How will you do it?- Lead and execute projects to improve financial reporting and processes across all Global Products PBUs- Identify Synergies/Best Business Practices to implement across different plants/ PBUs- Monitor and support Month end close activities, build working relationship to Record to Report (RTR) Team- Drive improvements in Cost accounting and reporting processes and help drive standardization across and reduce unwanted reports or activities- Support any adhoc requirement of the Ops Controllers and Plant controllers- Review and approve Journal Entries and Accounts Reconciliations- Manage a large team of analysts. Familiar with hybrid work model (remote and on site). Develop, coach team members to achieve career goals and deliver business results.- Manage team workloads and support open positions to deliver results across all the plants and PBUs- Build strong relationship with Business Partners to understand their needs and give proper support for the plantsWhat we look for?- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance- 10+ years of experience in Financial Reporting / Cost Accounting, prior work experience in manufacturing environment business- OneStream knowledge is a plus, Advanced MS Office skills are required- Strong customer focus, process improvement mindset, analytical skills and critical thinking- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency required) and ability to influence leaders across the organization. Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment- Experience leading Finance Teams- Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion. _LI-JC1
